Payment Policy: Payment is expected at the time of service. We accept cash, ACH direct debit, check, or credit card. Credit card payments will incur a small service charge fee on top of the service pricing to cover processing fees. There are no refunds or transfers of any purchases.
Cancellation Policy: Clients must adhere to 48-hour cancellation policy to avoid being charged full session fee.
Observation Policy: Pilates Sante is a teaching facility, so sessions may be observed by students and potential instructors at any time.
Photo & Video Policy: Pilates Sante staff may take still photos and/or videos during sessions
Auto-Renew Policy: All client are on set packages and memberships that auto renew. If a client signs up for one, the pricing will automatically renew after the expiration or when they hit their session amount, whatever happens sooner.
Insurance Policy: Pilates Sante is an out of network provider. Client is responsible for all interactions with their insurance company. We can provide a superbill on request. We are not supported under Medicare.
As a client, please follow the below guidelines when entering Pilates Santé
Do not attend your session if you feel any compromise in your health.
Do not attend your session if you have had a possible exposure to the COVID-19 virus.
Upon entering the building, wash hands and/or use hand sanitizer
Wash hands and/or use hand sanitizer immediately upon finishing your session
As a provider or practitioner, this is what we will do.
Wash our hands thoroughly between every session.
Use highly effective cleaning agents on all equipment between sessions.
Stay home if we are feeling health compromised in any way.
As a studio, we will:
Have sessions be 50 minutes in length to allow for adequate cleaning and social distancing between sessions
Have high quality air purifiers working at all times
Clean all surfaces , including door knobs, counter and desktops repetitively during the day
