- Privates: In-studio or Online - Duo Sessions - Quad Group Classes
A certified Pilates instructor teaches the sessions. Prior to beginning a Pilates program, a fitness evaluation is performed on the client, which includes assessment of mobility, flexibility, strength, and balance. Fitness goals are based on the client’s evaluation findings and their personal goals. Pilates conditioning sessions can be done as a private session, duo session, or quad session. Exercises are performed using the reformer, trapeze table, springboard, ladder barrel, and other props.
