Are you an athlete or a dancer recovering from an injury? We help you rehabilitate safely and strengthen the supporting areas to prepare you to return to your activity.
At Pilates Santé, athletes and dancers begin with a thorough evaluation to assess flexibility, strength, neuromuscular control, and technique. They are then given an individual program of pilates conditioning exercises, plus a supportive home exercise program.
"The body awareness and control, in addition to isolated core and trunk stabilization exercises taught in pilates is unique and unparalleled. In my opinion, it is of utmost importance for athletes and dancers to practice pilates-based exercise for both injury prevention and treatment, in addition to improving their athletic performance."
