PROGRAM DETAILS
PARTICIPANTS IN THIS ONE-ON-ONE PROGRAM WILL LEARN HOW TO USE PILATES PRINCIPLES TO TREAT A VARIETY OF CONDITIONS SUCH AS:
- Chronic pain
- Autoimmune disorders
- Back pain
- Neck pain
- Shoulder, hip and knee pain
- Osteoporosis and osteopenia
- Spinal deformities like scoliosis and lordosis
- Post-surgery rehabilitation
- Rehabilitative mat exercises
- Pilates apparatus training for the Reformer, Cadillac, CoreAlign and Springboard
- Appropriate integration into therapy sessions
- Patient Home Programs
TRAINING PERIOD: 30 hours over the course of four months
- POST-TRAINING EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY: 1-year treating clients at Pilates Sante for a minimum of 6 hours/week.
