Classes and appointments will be held via an online meeting software Zoom. To save time, download Zoom onto your laptop, desktop, phone or tablet before class.
Classes: Check out our group class schedule below. Select the class you want to take. Log in (or create) your MindBody account to reserve your spot. Also, your first class is only $5!
Private Appointment: Sign intoyour MindBody account and click Appointments. Search for pilates or PT. Find a time that works for you and book.
Joining the Session:
Class: We'll send you a link to a Zoom meeting via email 1 hour before the class starts. Click the link 2-5 minutes before the class time to join!
Private Appointment: You will be sent a link to a Zoom meeting via email the day before. Click the link 2-5 minutes before the appointment to join!
Set yourself up in a space with good internet connection, a mat, and any props you have. Our classes do not require props to participate, but it's useful to keep them handy!
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: I haven't taken an online class before. How do I redeem my free first class? A: Log in (or create) your MindBody account with Pilates Sante. Sign up for the class of your choosing, and we will comp the class for you.
Q: How much are the online classes after the first one? A: Our online mat classes are $30 per class OR unlimited classes for a month for $175
Q: I don't have a reformer or props. Can I participate? A: These are all mat classes! No reformer or props needed. All you need is some floor space to work out in and you'll be able to follow along for the entire class. If you do have props, keep them handy. They won't be necessary, but our instructors do give modification options for props too.
Q: Will other people be able to watch me practice? A: Yes, or no. While our instructors like to be able to see you during practice, it is not necessary. If you feel more comfortable, you can turn your video off by clicking the video icon on the bottom left of the Zoom screen.
Q: Can I ask questions or talk to my teacher? A: Yes! While the teacher may ask everyone to be muted to minimize background noises, you are welcome to unmute yourself if you have a question or comment.
Q: I didn't receive a link for the class, or I can't connect. What should I do? A: Please call us at (408) 335-6670 and our staff will be able to assist you. Keep in mind that Zoom links will be sent out 30 minutes before the class starts. If you would like to take a class, you must register at least 30 minutes beforehand.
